Will I need to pay up front and what paperwork will I receive?

Once a contract is agreed upon, a deposit will need to be paid prior to our surveyor coming out to your property to draw up the plans and applying for planning permission if required. Following that, there will be a payment schedule to run along with the job progress, this will give you the peace of mind that the job is running smoothly and efficiently. Once the job is complete you will need to make the final payment and the job will be signed off, after this payment, you will be issued with your “Company Guarantee”, “Building Control Certificate”, “Electrical Certificate” and “Gas Certificate” (If relevant).
