Victorian-Style Dormer Conversion
The most recent l-shaped dormer loft conversion we carried out in Roath, Cardiff was built bespoke to the client. Due to the large floorspace achieved during construction, the client was able to enjoy an office space, additional living room and spare bedroom in their dormer, along with a full bathroom in the annexe section. To maximise space, they opted for equipping the bedroom with a corner sofa bed which would prove beneficial in the future. Inside the bathroom featured a separate shower and freestanding bath to complement the Victorian style suite the client hoped to achieve.
This particular l-shaped loft conversion included some fantastic features that we loved incorporating such as PVC french doors in anthracite grey with a glass balcony. The roof of the conversion also featured a top of the range Keylite double glazed flat roof window with an integrated blind in the glass of the front.
